in honor, celebration, or memory of a loved one, or for a special occasion.

Please fill out the form and submit payment of $30.00 to the church office.

Make checks payable to "Christ Lutheran Church", and write "Worship Flowers" on the memo line.

Flower orders should be placed no later than the Wednesday before the requested Sunday.
