"GROWING IN CHRIST; GOING FOR CHRIST"

We offer a wide variety of Christian education opportunities, which are described below.  For additional information or to volunteer in one of these areas, please contact the church office.

INQUIRER'S CLASS Scheduled throughout the year, classes are geared toward those wishing to become a member of the church, wishing to know more about the Lutheran religion, or just wishing to refresh their knowledge of the Lutheran church and beliefs.  

ADULT BIBLE STUDY held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. All are welcome anytime they can make it.   

SENIOR HIGH BIBLE STUDY held on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month at 7:30pm for grades 9 - 12.

SUNDAY SCHOOL Children who are 3 years old through the 6th grade are welcome to attend.  Sunday school runs concurrent with the 10:00 am worship service.  All classes meet in the sanctuary for the opening of the worship service and then proceed to the classroom area after the children's message.  

FIRST COMMUNION These classes are generally held in April of a child's 5th grade year.  The date for 2007 will be posted as it draws near.

CONFIRMATION Confirmation classes are for individuals in the 6th, 7th, & 8th grades.  They run September through May, concurrent with the school year.  Classes are held Thursday's at 7:00pm - 8:30pm.  The 8th grade class will make their Confirmation on Sunday, May 20, 2007 at the 10:00am service.

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY is held each Thursday at 7:30pm.

WOMEN OF THE E.L.C.A. hold a women's bible study in conjunction with their monthly meetings, which are held the third Tuesday of each month beginning at noon.  Bring a sack lunch.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL Vacation Bible School is held once a year for one week in the summer. The Summer dates for 2007 are July 23 - 27 from 9:00 - 12:30.  Information and registration forms are attached below.
